What ExodeK does

ExodeK helps users connect their Gmail account, view their email, classify messages by urgency and category, identify actions that need a response, and manage action follow-up — so nothing important slips through.

Connect Gmail

Securely link your Gmail account using Google OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

Classify with AI

Each email is analysed for urgency, category, and recommended disposition.

Detect actions

Specific tasks and follow-ups are identified, with source quotes from the email.

Stay on top

The Action Centre tracks what's pending, in progress, and complete.

How ExodeK handles your data

ExodeK uses a read-only Gmail permission to view your messages. ExodeK never sends or deletes email on your behalf.

Gmail data is used only to provide the user-facing features above. ExodeK does not sell Gmail data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with third parties except AI providers strictly required to classify and structure your email, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect Gmail or request full account deletion at any time. See Support.
